Peanut Butter is looking for an inside sales representative who will be charged with filling our sales pipeline with new potential Peanut Butter clients. Your goal is to help employers understand how student debt affects their workforce, how Peanut Butter can help them accomplish their business and talent goals, and provide guidance on how to structure and communicate their program. In some cases you’ll work alone, in most cases, you’ll work closely with a member of our executive leadership team to build consensus and close sales.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate 60-80 outbound calls, emails, linkedin messages per day.

• Set 5-10 qualified meetings per week.

• Research prospects, add and enrich our CRM, and classify prospects for marketing programs.

• Set and confirm meeting agendas.

• Coordinate follow-up action items keep deals progressing.

• Prospecting from an existing book of business as well as new industries and markets.

• Fielding inbound inquiries from the clients of our partners.

• Meticulously tracking activities in Salesforce; reporting progress against daily, weekly, quarterly goals.

What we are looking for:

• Have 2-4 years of sales experience.

• Have experience selling services and/or software to businesses.

• Be entrepreneurial, driven, and passionate.

• Be customer-focused, organized, collaborative, and articulate.

• Pay great attention to detail.

• Be sincerely empathetic and kind.

• Be comfortable with the ambiguity and excitement of a startup.
