Regroup Therapy is seeking a Clinician Recruiting Associate who will focus on supporting all aspects of Regroup’s clinician recruiting activities. Regroup clinicians (psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and therapists) are located across the U.S and are recruited from a range of different sources. This work is critical to building Regroup’s team of high quality clinicians who then deliver essential mental health care via telehealth to a broad network of health entity partners.
Responsibilities:
Independently pursue clinician attraction activities to generate interest in Regroup such as posting about open positions, sending emails and making phone calls to potential candidates, and supporting Regroup’s recruiting activities at national mental health conferences
Assist in all aspects of managing recruiting and staffing related data systems, including continuously improving Regroup’s Clinician Database of 2,000+ clinicians
Assist in resume screening and interviewing activities
Support the creation and refinement of recruiting collateral and other candidate communications
Help to resolve clinician recruiting issues as they arise in coordination with other Regroup team members
Assist in continuous improvement of recruiting processes; devise and support a variety of activities designed to foster candidate delight
Contribute to building an exceptional and positive culture
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years relevant work experience in recruiting, or role requiring a similar skillset
Experience achieving results in high-performing work environments
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to independently pursue clinician recruitment efforts such as managing job postings, outreach to clinicians to generate interest, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screening calls.
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills. High performance with respect to accurate, timely task execution; strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desire to impact the future of behavioral health in the U.S.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse groups; Independent worker, self starter
Exceptional computer skills with ability to pick up new applications quickly; Experience with Excel, Word, Google applications, and other internet-based software systems
