Community Manager
We’re looking for a bright, upbeat, funny and well-written individual to help engage and support our online community. You’ll work alongside our Brand Team to create social media content, engage both consumer and B2B audiences on Twitter and provide user support across a wide range of channels. If you’re witty, nice and get warm glow of satisfaction from a job well-done (and a tweet well-written), we’d love to hear from you!
You should have:
3+ years of experience
Solid copywriting skills
Impeccable spelling and grammar
The ability to seamlessly shift your tone from fun and witty for consumer support to engaging and professional for our business clients is a must
Experience with both content creation and community management
College degree or equivalent experience
Bonus points for:
Startup and/or agency experience
