Purpose of Role

Responsible for ordering all required condominium project documentation to support the Condo Project Review Team. This role also performs an initial pre-review of documents to help identify completeness and potential eligibility considerations and creates and maintains document library to keep project reviews on track.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Request and obtain required condo project documentation from HOAs, property management companies, and third-party vendors
  • Perform an initial pre-review to determine eligibility for the program being requested
  • Track outstanding requests and follow up to ensure timely receipt
  • Upload and organize documents in designated systems (e.g., Salesforce, shared drives, system)
  • Review documents for completeness, legibility, and proper labeling
  • Maintain file organization in line with internal procedures and provide regular status updates on document requests
  • Partner with the Condo Project Review Team to ensure completeness of required documentation
  • Monitor and manage the Pre-Condo Review inbox
  • Build working knowledge of HomeSafe, FHA, and Agency review requirement processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Condo/PUD Project UW Lead

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies

  • Experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, or condo-related workflows preferred
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • High attention to detail, particularly with document handling
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Qualifications - Education - Required

  • High School Diploma or GED

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ($45,000 - $60,000 ) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time-off benefits, flexible spending account, 401(k) with employer match, and ESPP.
