We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative Content Strategist with a passion for creating content that connects with a diverse audience and drives results. • Analyze competitor campaigns to identify trends and best practices that can inform our positioning for the agent and consumer audience.
  • Present and defend creative choices, clearly explaining the “why” behind decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketers, operations, and communications teams to create marketing collateral, customer success stories, and internal/external communications that engage and retain agents and their clients.
  • Collect and incorporate customer feedback to refine strategies, sharpen messaging, and optimize content performance.
  • Establish and enforce content guidelines to ensure consistency and protect messaging integrity.
  • Share performance insights and recommend actionable steps to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience We Are Looking For:

*Please include a portfolio in your resume*

  • 5+ years of integrated content creation experience
  • Proven experience writing on-brand copy for campaigns spanning print and digital advertising, social, email, video, web, and internal communications.
  • Demonstrated success working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience mentoring partners/vendors by anticipating roadblocks and providing feedback on creative and production issues.
