What’s the job, exactly?

In a nutshell, it’s all about growing Tangiblee’s brand awareness & creating a marketing content machine! 

You will work with leaders across various company departments - specifically the marketing, sales, and product teams - to identify key themes & opportunities to jump on in order to deliver content pieces that build awareness and ultimately drive revenue for the business.

You will research, write, and execute content for a variety of content types & channels: social media, the brand website/blog, email campaigns, trade shows, press releases, eBooks and product-centric content, customer success stories, and so much more.

More specifically, you will be:

• Writing relevant, high-quality content for distribution across all marketing channels to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and facilitate lead generation

• Creating, organizing, and maintaining a content calendar for all content deliverables

• Researching & digging into industry news and data in order to begin outlining campaigns that offer relevant, valuable content for all facets of the marketing and sales funnels

• Drafting, editing, and executing content pieces including blogs, digital content for emails, ads, social media posts, copy for landing pages as well as refine sales collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, and product one-pagers

• Creating, organizing, and maintaining a content calendar for all content deliverables

• Collaborating with our product, customer success, and sales departments to gain a deep understanding of the Tangiblee platform and our clients’ priorities and perspectives

• Measuring and providing monthly reports highlighting the value marketing's content & campaigns have delivered

• Helping draft and edit copy for various sales collateral, brand collateral, and marketing collateral that maintains Tangiblee’s brand voice & style

• Collaborating with other team members and customers to identify customer pain points and coming up with creative ways to express the ways Tangiblee can address those pain points

Who are we looking for?

You are a goal-oriented writing fiend!  You are an excellent communicator who will manage an editorial calendar like it’s your only job in the world.  You are reliable and consistent and are willing to experiment and try new things to get more visibility and awareness!  

You love collaborating and strategizing with team members in order to create content that truly gets the audience engaged. 

And last but not least, you love proving just how valuable each campaign/content piece really is by measuring & reporting on every experiment you execute!

An ideal candidate is/has:

• A Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferably B2B

• 1-3+ years of content creation experience in business marketing, preferably B2B Tech company experience

• Strong team player that excels in an environment with cross-departmental overlap and is energized when wearing many hats

• Resourceful and driven in order to utilize all of the tools at your disposal (and find ones that aren’t readily available) to get 

• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills - and are a bit of a stickler for grammar accuracy & consistency across any communications

• Ability to plan and create compelling stories across formats and channels, whether video, digital, long-form, infographics, slides, blogs

• Content planning and content calendar management experience that includes content audits, customer journey
