The Client Content Coordinator will be responsible for processing marketing collateral for new or existing merchants to be used on the Rewards Network and partner program websites. Collateral includes photos, menus, logos and merchant detail forms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Review reports that include restaurant locations scheduled to become active on websites to ensure content is completed and prioritize other locations marked as ‘coming soon’.

•Assist the sales team with any content related issues or questions.

•Process incoming content via a proprietary application (MCP), including photos, menus, logos and merchant detail forms using the merchant content quality standards guidelines

•Maintain processes to easily identify the status of work queues

Qualifications:

•College graduate or some college preferred, HS Diploma required.

•Basic Photoshop skills; Proficient in overall computer skills; Interest in photography a plus

•Experienced in copy writing/editing

•Exceptional organizational skills

•Acute attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to execute and deliver results under strict deadlines

•Ability to work effectively in a production line environment
