What You'll Bring:
Every TransUnion Associate brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:

  • Excellent understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive projects through the design process to completion
  • Experience developing learning deliverables in varied delivery methods (ILT, VILT, eLearning, screencasts, videos, sites, etc.)
  • Strong expertise using Cornerstone LMS, Articulate Storyline development software for eLearning, Camtasia and Microsoft Office 365 (including Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work individually and on teams, as well as lead and influence project teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence for building credibility, and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to apply trends and research in learning design and sales enablement to execute against TransUnion's growth strategy
  • Undergraduate degree and 3-4 years relevant experience, and/or certifications from recognized training organizations (e.g. ATD, Langevin, CIPD, etc.).


Desirable Requirements

  • Experience developing sales training for a global audience across a variety of roles
  • Selling skills and leadership skills development experience a plus
  • Experience with creative development software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, etc.)
  • Previous experience working remotely on a global team


Impact You'll Make:
As an Instructional Designer and Content Management Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting edge learning experiences for our global sales force. Creativity, learning project management skills, cross-functional collaboration and a mastery of the instructional design domain will all come into play as you engage with subject-matter-experts and project core teams to design, develop, and manage meaningful and memorable curriculum across a diverse range of topics (products and solutions, tools and process, onboarding, etc.)

  • Videos you have produced (e.g. through Camtasia, Adobe Premiere or other software)


You Will Make an Impact by:

  • Creating innovative blended learning experiences that are scalable and inclusive for a global audience and translating subject matter expertise for product and sales skills into learning experiences that drive engagement, behavior change, and business impact
  • Designing and developing training to support strategic initiatives across a diverse range of deliverables, including eLearning modules, videos, instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, screencasts, SharePoint pages, etc.
  • Developing learning approaches tailored to TransUnion's culture, selling practices, needs, and preferences with practical business strategies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and subject-matter expert core teams (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) for necessary input, agreement, and sign-off at all stages of the design process
  • Facilitating core team meetings and asynchronous collaboration activities to maintain overall project plans, drive design projects towards completion, manage internal customer expectations and deliver learning content on time
  • Designing learning experiences that are creative, meaningful, memorable, highly relevant, and ensure conceptualized technical information is translated into accurate and concise training content.
  • Taking true ownership of Solutions University content to ensure that it aligns to larger learning strategy, and that it stays current/updated through review as systems or processes change (at least annually).
  • Ensuring that learning incorporates a feedback loop and measurement of success: this may include KPIs, post training audits/surveys, benchmarking with internal and external training organizations, compiling and analyzing data, reporting results etc.
  • Implementing content development standards and governance for content development and maintenance, communicating standardized training processes to key business partners in order to ensure operational continuity, and identifying opportunities to replicate best practices.
  • Building strategic relationships and partnerships to support your business partner's goals.
  • Operating with excellence. Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.
  • Although this role focuses primarily on content creation and management, there are times where this person may also need to facilitate live webinars or in-person sessions (25% or less), including occasional travel for specific meetings or projects, as business needs dictate
