Luxury Garage Sale (“LGS”), Chicago's premier designer consignment service, provides first class selling services to its high-end consignor clientele. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for the fashion industry, luxury brands and the start-up culture to join our LGS Team! You will work towards the achievement of providing white glove services to our high-end clientele across our multiple online and offline selling platforms. We are looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our growing creative services team. The candidate will work cross-functionally in all areas of brand creative: digital, print, retail and packaging.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Design digital assets for website, supporting marketplaces, email newsletters, and social media
• Design print collateral, packaging and in-store marketing materials
• Preparation of digital and print files for production
• Assist with photoshoot pre and post production
• Light editing/retouching of creative imagery
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of the LGS aesthetic and proactively contribute to it’s improvement and evolvement

Who Do We Need?:

• A degree in Graphic Design or Art
• 1-2 years professional experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design and typography skills, along with strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience creating basic content with HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of Contentful and Iterable (or any email service provider) is a plus, but not required
• Experience with creative/editorial photography is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An interest and strong awareness in evolving social media, technology, and fashion trends
• A passion for the fashion and/or luxury industry
• Strong time management and organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize workload
• Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude are a must
