Our marketing team is lean but mighty! Though we are small, we work daily with the leaders of different technologies and are continually coordinating with other functions. What's cool about this role is that you get to have experience working with all different types of emerging technologies and subject matter experts within these fields. These technologies like, Intelligent Automation, Machine Learning, and IoT, are greatly impacting the way enterprises conduct business.
What you'll be doing day to day:

• Utilize knowledge in technology (Internet of Things, Digital Experience, Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain) and conversations with directors to write broad range of content
• Meet with SMEs to listen and take notes of their discussion topics, later turning these discussions into content pieces
• Maintain consistent company voice and tone throughout content pieces
• Edit writing based on feedback from experts of the specific technology
• Supplement knowledge in technologies with research
• Translate conversations from Technology Directors into high-quality content marketed towards C-level executives of enterprises
• Adapt longer content pieces into shorter, content previews for blogs or short pieces

Requirements:

• BS/BA in Journalism, Communications, English, or other related major
• 5-7 years of technical content writing within the technology industry
• Strong knowledge and experience with emerging technologies (Internet of Things, Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain)
• Maintain a detail-oriented focus on grammar and word choice
• Experience writing different lengths and types of content – white papers; ebooks; blog posts; case studies; offer sheets; webinar content 

PREFERRED 

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills 
• High level of organization and attention to detail 
• Ability to balance technical writing with writing aimed at a business audience
• Desire to stay up-to-date with emerging technology and trends
• Conscientious and communicative work ethic
