As the Marketplace Manager, you will create, manage, and be responsible for our Automation Recipes and Automation Marketplace. This person will help set the strategy around creating automation recipes, while also executing on those ideas, and working with customers/partners directly.

What your day could consist of:

• Create and deploy new automation recipes (from start to finish) 
• Develop content tailored to the purpose of each new automation
• Align with sales, support, and success to determine what automations could/should be added
• Work with the marketing team and partners in our marketplace to promote new automations
• Gather feedback and identify areas of improvement to grow the marketplace engagement and usage
• Work with product teams to design/optimize recipes for new functionality as released

What is needed:

• Advanced knowledge of ActiveCampaign and the market
• Ability to execute and self-manage projects
• Communication skills and interest in talking directly with customers/partners
