  What's the Role?

  We are looking for a modern story teller. You will be comfortable writing headline copy, product descriptions and emails, generating short form videos and graphics for web and/or social media, and taking photographs.

   

  You will be great with details while always keeping in sight the big picture. In any given day you might write a quarterly content plan, analyze social media trends, and shoot. You will be a highly valued integrated team member, interested in learning about the mortgage industry and sharing creative and fun ways to convey that knowledge to prospects and customers.

   

  You absolutely MUST have direct experience in social media marketing. Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and SproutSocial highly desired. We are looking for a self-starter, who takes initiative and does not require substantial oversight. Reports to Chief Brand Officer.

   

  Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop comprehensive communications plans and programs from ideation all the way through to execution.
  • Generate, distribute, and monitor social media content for all corporate brands; analyze trends, report on results, and optimize programs.
  • Write, produce and edit short form videos to support marketing and sales objectives
  • Write copy for social posts and blogs.

   

  Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s /Associate’s degree in related field
  • 5-10 years’ experience using major social media outlets for personal and/or professional purposes

   

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent long and short form copywriter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro video editor
  • Digital sales and marketing experience
  • B2B Marketing experience
