We're looking for a Freelance Copywriter (12 weeks duration) who has a passion for e-commerce and the floral industry. This person will work closely with FTD's Graphic Designers, Sr. Art Director and Sr. Copywriter to develop communications that support all of our brand campaigns across a variety of tactics. These include; website assets, emails, display ads, printed collateral and other tactics identified by the Creative Director and Marketing Director.

• Email (Retention and Partner)
• Display
• Affiliate
• Social
• Printed collateral

Qualified candidates must:

• Be able to bring innovative, fresh ideas to FTD
• Have a refined written sensibility
• Be able to articulate thought clearly and with reason
• Understand persuasive writing that leads to elevating the brand
• Be able to assist in developing copy for campaign assets based on the direction of the Creative Director
• Be able to collaborate with designers to develop clear and effective communications
• Be able to quickly understand how to navigate the company's workflow systems
• Understand how important adhering to brand standards is
• Prioritize and self-manage the projects assigned to them
• Be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Creative Writing or related area of focus
