An Insider's view of Everspring

What are some social events your company does?

The team spirit I feel at Everspring is priceless and the social events is nothing to frown upon. I mean, I won the last Halloween Costume contest, and the prize was awesome. The participation of events, like birthday month, game night, by each department reflects the togetherness the company cultivates.

Janice

Senior Full Stack Developer

What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?

Some of the most engaging challenges we face are around how elegantly we handle information. From data analytics and user applications, to how information is surfaced in our own teams, there are always new problems that need to be solved. All of our services are driven by this underlying need for data, and we get to tackle it in new ways every day.

Varun

Executive Director of Technology

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I joined Everspring in 2016 and was able to explore various opportunities within the company. As a Client Engagement Manager, I work directly with our partners to grow and successfully support our on-going relationships as well as connect with our teams here cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of day to day operations.

Aggie

Client Engagement Manager

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Each week, our Admissions Advisors, Marketing Specialist, Student Services Coordinator and Client Engagement managers collaborate to find innovative solutions to various challenges we face as a whole. To be submerged in a culture that endorses individual growth, cross functional collaboration with outside the box solutions is what I value.
