The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for managing the organization’s contract intake process and ensuring timely and accurate handling of all contract-related requests. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Contracts inbox, reviewing incoming requests, performing initial assessments, and entering contract details into the digital contract management system. The Contracts Coordinator conducts thorough research to verify information, resolve discrepancies, and support compliance with internal policies. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the Contracts inbox, ensuring timely response and routing of requests.

  • Perform intake and initial review of contract requests for completeness and compliance.

  • Enter contract data into the digital contract management tool accurately and efficiently.

  • Conduct research to verify vendor details, pricing, and compliance requirements.

  • Assist with drafting and redlining standard agreements under supervision.

  • Maintain organized records of contracts and related documentation.

  • Track contract status and follow-up on pending approvals.

  • Support audits and compliance reviews as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in contract administration or related administrative role.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000+ discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
