Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to support our growing project teams. In this role, you’ll manage the flow of contracts, ensure terms are fair and compliant, and help minimize risk on large-scale construction projects. Your work will directly contribute to smoother project delivery and stronger business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily administration of contracts and subcontracts with the project team
  • Work with senior leadership to structure contracts that support business goals
  • Track contracts from receipt through execution, including approvals and lifecycle monitoring
  • Review and redline contracts, terms, and conditions for compliance and risk
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation including amendments, correspondence, insurance, and payment schedules
  • Assist in negotiations when needed and support contract changes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms are met
  • Provide guidance on contract compliance and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulations; paralegal experience is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
