Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  

**Preferred Candidate Identified**

Estimated annual base pay: $77,000 (minimum) - $100,000 (midpoint) - $123,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Technical Assignments: Performs a variety of controls engineering tasks using current technologies to achieve project objectives.

  • Resolve Engineering Problems: Analyzes and solves moderately complex control system issues by evaluating multiple factors and applying technical expertise.

  • Support Team Quality: Contributes to the quality of team deliverables and provides informal guidance to new team members to enhance overall performance.

  • Communicate Technical Information: Explains complex controls engineering concepts to stakeholders in clear and straightforward terms to facilitate understanding.

  • Integrate Business Insights: Utilizes knowledge of key business drivers and customer needs to inform and align engineering solutions with organizational goals.

Successful candidates typically have: 

  • 4 year bachelor’s degree

  • 2-5 years experience

  • Master's is a plus
