Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
Experience:
-1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, financial strategy, or risk management roles.
-Demonstrated experience with strategic planning and execution in a financial or banking environment.
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in data analytics and statistical software tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R).
-Strong experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to effectively communicate insights.
-Experience in Generative AI is required
-Familiarity with credit risk models and quantitative analysis methodologies.

-Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about risk and opportunities.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
-Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence key stakeholders.
Organizational Skills:
-Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
-Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues.
