CRM (Lifecycle) Marketing Manager

DESCRIPTION
- Work with acquisition, retention, email and brand marketing teams to plan and deliver CRM strategies across the company that maximize customer lifetime value
- Help ensure operational excellence within our email program by offering an enjoyable customer experience through all communications and creating more innovative, personalized and engaging messaging
- Identify key drivers of customer engagement and warning signs for customer churn and develop actionable strategies to address key lifecycle milestones including onboarding, engagement, retention programs and reactivation programs
- Utilize customer list management for A/B testing, segmentation, and the development of opportunities to optimize communication to customer segments
- Develop testing hypotheses and report on findings across all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach to marketing Home Chef products
- Manage testing and optimization roadmap for our triggered email campaigns aimed at engaging and retaining existing customers
- Assist in the development of and monitoring of automated communication programs
- Help build out the strategy for our other (non-email) communication platforms (e.g. push, SMS, direct mail communication, and linked digital advertisements)
- Communicate marketing plans and successes to ensure coordination across channels
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM / lifecycle management or a related field
- Hands-on experience with customer communication and CRM tools
- Experience with developing and setting up multi-part campaign tests
- HTML, CSS, SQL, ExactTarget, mobile marketing, and push notifications experience a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft office including Excel
- Strong understanding of quantitative data analysis
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills
- Ability to partner with different teams and departments within the organization
- Business to consumer (B2C) experience a plus
