We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. As a Customer Marketing Manager, your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers. If you love helping people and are customer-centric, you will also love this job!
The ideal candidate has a background in marketing, has created campaign assets, understands and has experience using marketing automation systems and CRM systems, has experience writing customer and/or prospect-facing content, and has a passion for championing the customer. This role will be highly collaborative across marketing, customer success, product and sales to create and execute upsell, cross-sell, adoption, and retention campaigns in support of the overall customer marketing strategy.

- Support with planning and executing marketing campaigns focused on the customer
- Measure the success of campaigns and confidently present the findings and developments to team leaders
- Educate customers about new products, product features, and enhancements through omnichannel campaign assets, including but not limited to video, email, social media, websites/landing pages, and internal education for sales and customer success teams
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in fleet risk management and safety space, to best be able to speak confidently to the customer
- Become an advocate for the SambaSafety brand
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Understanding of executing programs at scale with a strong appreciation for change management
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 Suite and other enterprise grade applications (Salesforce and Hubspot experience desired but not required)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Strong written, oral communication skills and the ability to comfortably present in group settings
- Strategic thinker with disciplined creative passion and willingness to be hands on
- Ability to travel for business up to 15%
