We were originally headquartered out of Indianapolis but have recently rebranded and relocated our operations to downtown Chicago. What we’re looking for:
VRSUS is seeking to hire a talented Customer Success Manager that will thrive in a
fast-paced and high-volume environment.
The Customer Success Manager will play a fundamental role in helping VRSUS achieve its growth ambitions with successful customer adoption. This candidate must be
comfortable working with clients to maximize their use of the VRSUS platform.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years working as paralegal or a supporting role for an attorney, preferably with plaintiff attorneys
Understanding of the core business processes of a law firm including intake, case management, lien resolution, settlement and accounting
Understanding of the various case types and associated workflows
Desire to work with firms to help them improve their business practices with case
management softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and can thrive in a loosely structured environment
Good teammate and willing to share best practices
BA/BS degree required, JD (a plus!)
Responsibilities:
Train end users on platform
Help client’s adapt their process to the platform (i.e. change management)
Meet with clients on a periodic basis to ensure adoption of platform
Ability to implement a Customer Success and client retention program
Educate clients on future offerings (i.e. cross-selling and up-selling
Qualifications:
Great listener and capable of developing a genuine rapport with prospects and clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Use of modern technologies and tools
Org savvy – you’ll have to keep track of a lot of different projects without letting anything slip through the cracks
Flexible, able to work independently
