The Position:
We are seeking Customer Success Managers (CSM) to leverage their interpersonal skills and financial knowledge to help clients utilize YCharts to its fullest. Additionally, CSMs work across departments to ensure proper client support while looking for opportunities for growth. You will foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure they derive maximum value from our product. You will also act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
This role will work cross departments with the Accounting, Marketing, Product, and Sales to provide the best experience for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with new clients to understand their strategic goals and drive product adoption during their onboarding.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to identify and nurture new or existing growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate our existing clients on different features and workflows.
  • Build strong relationships and understand your client's needs to maintain high retention rates.
  • Serve as a liaison between Customer Success and Product Management to advocate for your client's priorities.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related.
  • 3-7 years of experience in fintech, client success, or data-driven account management.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment analytics, including quantitative analysis of Equities, ETFs, and Mutual Funds.
  • Track record of leveraging technology solutions to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Experience translating complex financial data into actionable insights for clients.


Compensation (Total Rewards Package):

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $64,260 - $86,940 per year (base salary + commissions + bonuses).
  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
  • Quarterly Commission Program - Rewarding client success and engagement.
  • Annual SMART Bonus - Up to 10% of base salary, based on performance goals.
