Compensation

  • Year One Expected Earnings -> $45,000-$55,000

About this Job

This role seeks an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual proficient in handling large datasets with precision and dedication. A natural multitasker, they excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changes. Ideally, they possess a keen awareness of current events that influence energy markets.

Objectives of this Role

  • To support our pricing desk and increase efficiency by taking over administrative and data entry tasks 

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Digitizing utility invoices by entering paper invoices data into our database 
  • Assist pricing analyst with daily tasks such as data validation and entry 
  • Start and track RFP’s utilizing our CRM 
  • Assisting customer service with data entry

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Detail oriented 
  • Time and data management 
  • Bachelor Degree is highly encouraged
  • Experience in the energy space is a large plus, but not essential
