JOIN OUR TEAM

We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Analyst to join our Workplace Operations team. Our Workplace Operations team works directly with our Workplace partners to facilitate the management and servicing of managed accounts. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and supporting various teams in their efforts.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and takes ownership of tasks and drives to completion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Facilitate the ongoing support for recordkeepers and advisory partners
  • Facilitate onboarding support and setup for new recordkeepers and plans
  • Help design and create specifications for processes, tests, and tools to support and scale the operations for the Workplace product
  • Help design and develop tools to monitor and ensure fiduciary quality while maintaining efficiency of transactions and advice

Requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous operations and/or investment management experience along with the desire to serve as a liaison between our teams and partners/recordkeepers in a collaborative, fast paced environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical and quantitative skills and progress towards a CFP, CFA, or other investment related certifications or desire to pursue is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing business correspondence
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to new situations quickly
  • Solid multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Maintains a positive attitude and quick learner; self-starter
