Join our team to become a cornerstone part of Artificial Intelligence development and lead our efforts in creating one of the most critical pieces of data science and machine learning workflow — the datasets for training and testing!. This crucial role will help determine need, manage sourcing, measure impact and help build tools to improve efficiency of the entire data process for our R&D teams.
Understand the need/type of data required for an AI project with the goal of anticipating the requirements well in advance of starting development (including tracking current performance issues with QA, roadmap plans from PdMs, and the goals of team leads).
Be able to put together a plan to source the data (and annotations), including scoping effort and cost.
Work with our R&D teams to identify concrete requirements for tactical data needs and integrate data pipelines into our workflows for training and validation.
