Airline Program Analyst

Your role in helping us shape the future:
You will play an exciting role in supporting our Program Managers in delivering Satellite Connectivity solutions to our Airline partners. You will have a burning desire to operate in a dynamic program management environment, drawing on your previous project support experience. Your communication skills and attention to detail are vital to help manage our equipment and software onto large commercial jet aircraft.
Are you up to the challenge?
- Showcase your Microsoft Project and PWA skills to communicate project status to the team.
- Support the Program manager to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Demonstrate your Microsoft SharePoint knowledge and expertise including flow creation and delivery.
- Engage hand in hand with our supply chain team to ensure we respond to all customer material needs and timings.
- Control all Navision job creations to communicate our orders to our material planners, including generating Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Manage FAA approved aircraft documents to customers under the guidance of our Program Managers.
- Support Airline partner meetings and other PMO / activities as requested.
- Work alongside our Software development team to control and manage required Software onto our aircraft installed systems.
You should definitely have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency (3 - 5 years) in creating and maintaining schedules in MS Project, using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (MS Navision preferred) and MS Office.
- Fundamental knowledge of project management principles (risks / issues / reporting)
- Experience working in cross-functional project teams and being a team player.
- Professional and courteous demeanor required for possible interface with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic working environment.
It would be nice if you had:
- Experience of budgetary management within PMO environments.
- PMP training / experience working in an environment practicing PMP techniques.
- Technical aptitude and experience in aviation industry preferred.
