WM Family Business - Analyst, Business Process Management

OH: 90922

Under direct supervision responsible for working on a single project or part of the work stream for a large project. The Business Process Management function is responsible for an end-to-end process analysis and design with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. Role creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes.

  • Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
  • May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management.
  • Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines.
  • Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to a subject matter expert.
  • Works effectively as a team member but also independently.
  • Running and creating formal reports.
  • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.
  • Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job.
  • Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job.

Qualifications

  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred
  • Attention to detail with ability to multi task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Financial services industry experience and/or knowledge
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
