The Opportunity to get IN!
We are currently hiring a Application Designer to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual who thoroughly understands the design and intent of large scale applications that is able to assist us with a substantial global implementation. This role will be responsible for the planning and delivery of future upgrades and enhancements to our Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation. As a successful candidate, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, the ERP Design team, and the Development team to drive new and improved business management solutions, focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will work closely with the Implementation and Support teams to ensure exceptional service and recommend best practices to the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with a variety of departments throughout the organization to thoroughly understand the business requirements
- Assisting with the development of internal and external documentation
- Creating, monitoring, modifying and communicating the project plan
- Providing feedback and training for both external customers and internal employees
- Managing the project timeline, prioritizing tasks and communicating project commitments to all team members
Requirements for consideration include the following:
- 2+ years of experience working on large scale applications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- Up to 15% travel required
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize project schedules
- Excellent organizational and decision making skills
- Clear and concise written and oral communications
- Excellent group and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to create new solutions to solve business and operational problems
- Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments.
