Position Details:

NowPow is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Associate Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. In this role, your primary responsibilities include supporting research and analytics needs, generating reports, maintaining all existing core analytics code, and collaborating with members of other teams to drive various projects and initiatives forward. Our ideal candidate has a desire to grow in the field of data analytics, and a passion for helping people get the care they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist internal team requests for ad-hoc analyses, reporting, requests for data, performance and KPI monitoring, etc.
• Fill customer support requests for new custom reports, raw data exports, etc.
• Produce regular weekly and monthly reports that summarize department performance, KPI monitoring, etc.
• Direct the production and maintenance of community resources in the NowPow Directory
• Develop new technologies which increase department productivity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field

• Intermediate or higher experience using SQL to query large databases
• Intermediate or higher experience working with at least one scripting language, python preferred
• Comfortable working in teams and interacting with senior-level positions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with relational database management systems a big plus
• Experience with geographic information systems
• Familiarity with healthcare ecosystem and health IT industry a plus
