Overview

Responsibilities

  • Drive business operations data strategy, implementation and tools to Vidmob
  • Cultivate business intelligence with integration of data systems
  • Identify and understand data/feature/tooling gaps and resolve through innovation
  • Design and develop scalable and actionable solutions (e.g. dashboards, datasets, automated collateral) to provide insights and tell a compelling story
  • Ensure data is accurate and transform in an integrated in a way that makes it accessible and useful for stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering team and various stakeholders across the org

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Consulting or an equivalent position
  • Proven track record with major CRM and data system including Salesforce and Marketo
  • Experience taking APIs and integrating them into other systems
  • Experience with SQL database querying
  • Experience managing various stakeholders across an org
  • Experience creating and implementing data-based solutions
  • Experience with BI stack such as Looker, Tableau, Microstrategy, big query or related

Making measurable impact

The martech’s foundation, VidMob Gives, has donated free creative collateral and intelligence technology to hundreds of non-profit organizations. Collmer looked beyond cutting checks for a way to create meaningful impact with VidMobbers, and only asked for one thing in return: measurability. “We donate technology and labor, but we ask that they measure and share the results so that we continue to improve,” said Collmer.

Chief Technology Officer James Kupernik defines VidMob as a technology-led service company. “Our work is not an effort to replace humans, but to use technology to give our clients back the time to focus on higher-value tasks,” Kupernik said. In building the solutions that analyze millions of pieces of content, Kupernik and his team work always with the end user in mind. “Whether it is looking at their ideal working days, preferred volume of work, average time off or experiences with each client, we’ve used technology to prioritize the value creators enjoy through our platform,” he said.

How is the story told? What does the sum of the parts really mean?” she said. VidMob aims to provide insights on the elements that make up a larger creative strategy. “We love projects like this: We’re pioneering intelligence that delivers the fastest path to impactful creative for our clients,” Gray said.
