The Business Analyst within the Offering Development team will be responsible for collaborating with both other team members as well as individuals within our practices to develop, rollout and manage strategic service offerings. This is a new team so we are looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit who are comfortable with ambiguity and change. The individual in this role should be able to create processes and drive projects to completion, not being afraid to get their hands dirty.

We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in various aspects of business analysis who also have a background as a consultant in order to drive a new, internal offering development function. 

Successful candidates will manage and/or participate in the following types of engagements for our clients:
* Strong BA skills with the following capabilities: Data analysis and modeling; Process optimization and process modeling; Business rules analysis; Technology structures such as network and database.
* Experience in developing methodology, tools, and templates for professional services.
* Prior experience in consulting or similar professional services organization, with knowledge of service offerings.
* Knowledge of product management best practices a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with practice leaders to understand their business needs and the current state process through interviews and workshops.
* Gathering, reviewing and creating service offerings that are comprised of methodology, tools, templates, assets, etc.
* Creating, validating, and measuring key performance indicators.
* Developing analytic frameworks and defining data and technology opportunities.
* Developing new modeling capabilities and data analysis techniques.
* Creating and presenting business cases.
* Creating and telling stories (including go-to-market messaging) through Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Identifying business trends using data, compiling reports, and monitoring results (e.g. win/loss trending).
* Helping to implement a comprehensive project management plan.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g., Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Management/Business, Information Technology, MIS, etc.)
* 2-5 years of “hands on” Business Analyst experience
* Prior consulting from either a large/strategic consultancy is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications and customer relations skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to travel up to 25%
