cleverbridge is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Client Experience team. This position works with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and document business processes for the system to be developed, determine functional requirements and high-level features, elaborate on the details of the software project and requirements to set the direction of the project, and support its implementation.

*This role is available on a 6-month contract basis, with option to convert to full time at the end of the contract.

Your Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding- Conduct requirement gathering team meeting with client users and cleverbridge technical organization + other departments to capture the requirements and use cases for implementation
• Prepare detailed solution specification documents to communicate the functional and technical requirements
• Work closely with internal and external project managers and customer success managers to break requirements into meaningful segments of work that can be handed over for development and testing
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on e-commerce domain, answering questions from internal and client stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings with cross functional teams as needed
• Analyze internal business processes, understand current environment, identify gaps/pain points and provide solutions

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Targeting candidates with 6-8 years’ experience in Business Analyst role.
• Experience leading change management practices
• Experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and a blend of both project management methodologies
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to drive clarity around issues and needs
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodology
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Experience with industry standard project and product management tools including Microsoft Office (MS Project and Visio)
• Understanding of software integration and software development
• Digital advertising agency background a plus
