This role will enable you to enhance your consulting skills in business and networking while working with a team of highly skilled professionals. You will also be assigned a peer mentor and a Leader to guide your professional development.Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all projects
  • Conducts analysis, research and data collection from a variety of sources as an inform into business decisions
  • Prepares business proposals and presentations
  • Occasionally lead workstreams from end to end design, evaluation and completion
  • Directly contribute to client projects by analyzing current systems and processes and making recommendations for improvements
  • Uses data and metrics, both internal and external (market) to make decisions for client deliverables
  • Works closely with the consulting project teams to help them meet all proposed project performance expectations
  • Utilizes CareerDirect's best practices and practitioner guidelines to deliver high-quality, branded service
  • Communicates effectively with others concentration and/or niche leaders to deliver the best solution for the client

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related degree
  • 1+ years of experience working in a consulting role
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain and operations, manufacturing, logistics, lean principles, project management, marketing and strategy
  • Advanced working knowledge of Flowcharts, Whiteboarding, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced experience with PowerPoint and effective story telling
  • Extremely motivated to achieve goals
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational & leadership skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team orientation, flexible and fast learner
