Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and masterfully liaising between stakeholders and development teams to implement new or enhanced functionality to support ongoing product maturity. You will be a subject matter expert in and across different functional areas of the product and can answer related questions from all angles of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Translate strategies and high-level ideas into tactical/executable work.
- Elicit complete business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements discussions using various elicitation methods.
- Document requirements appropriately for maximum understanding.
- Learn and answer as the subject matter expert for assigned system functional area.
- Liaison between stakeholder and development teams.
- Create, plan, organize, and manage the product backlog.
- Provide direction regarding priority and dependency of work in the backlog.
- Work with teams/team members to understand impacts and risks of requirements to the product.
- Own requirements through the entirety of the development lifecycle process.
- Provide support and clarity for requirements to delivery teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or business-related field
- 3+ years' of BA experience working with and providing direction for software development delivery teams
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology and using Jira for documentation and backlog management
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance Policy Administration preferred
- Strong ownership and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization
