Overview of the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Ontology Team. The Ontology team supports the development of Artificial Intelligence by developing and building ontologies. An ontology encompasses identifying and building out the hierarchy of categories, properties, and relationship between concepts and the outcomes. These ontologies enable the AI to help XSELL’s clients increase sales and improve the online customer service experience. Business Analysts are responsible for accurately structuring and classifying data, to teach the A.I. to identify unique sales opportunities, and also create the ideal dialogue flows and connections that will generate sales.

Client Results Management

• Become Subject Matter Expert of client and meet with clients to go over key insights and analysis:
• Analyze client chat engagements to identify opportunities for improving sales dialogue
• Strategically classify sales conversations to identify insightful performance data
• Based on analysis and classifications, construct machine learning inputs to drive conversions
• Implement our HiPer AI platform onsite at client centers across the world

Drive Continuous Innovation

• Collaborate closely with our data scientists to identify and implement improvements and enhance AI engine based on continuously evolving sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Google Apps Suite (sheets, docs, slides etc.) & Microsoft Excel
• Analytical nature, measurement and results oriented and able to work well within teams
• Comfortable working in an agile software development environment
