Our network of 300+ software-enabled smart Fridges vend handcrafted salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, and more. We are striving to change the food system from the ground up – one Fridge at a time.

The Business Development & Innovation Analyst will play a pivotal role in expanding growth verticals at Farmer's Fridge. You will be responsible for project managing pilot programs for new concepts and points of sale.

The Business Development & Innovation Analyst will...

• Project manage the launch of new products or categories at Farmer's Fridge spanning product assembly, building profitability scenarios, and finding pilot customers.
• Research new opportunity markets.
• Assist in the creation of go-to-market playbooks for new growth areas, and hire teams to scale successful innovation efforts.
• Collect input from Farmer's Fridge cross functional stakeholders and create write-ups that communicate future BD needs to the rest of the organization.
• Optimize new pilot operations to ensure consistency and client satisfaction.

What are we looking for in a Business Development & Innovation Analyst?

• Intellectually Curious: You are interested in innovation, tech, and non status-quo ideas - you will help build new products today that will become status quo in the future.
• A mix of digitally savvy (excel, can do math on the spot) and hands on (build new products with your hands)
• Organized and methodical: mentally agile and not lost in the details.
• Adaptable: You have an adaptable disposition to pivot where needed.
• 2+ years of work experience in an analytical environment
