Position Pay Range:

Pay Range may vary by geographical location

$79,500.00-$127,201.00

Summary:

The Business Operations Analyst (DE&I) will assist with cross-functional management through facilitation of conversations and influencing decision making by building consensus among teams and leaders. This role will develop and utilize frameworks to structure the department’s thinking, drive visibility and facilitate alignment. Will also lead day to day operations, manage centralized repository of processes to optimize efficiencies and develop an efficient and sustainable rhythm of business.

Position Details:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain constant communication and build relationships with global internal and external stakeholders, employees, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the DE&I function
  • Grow and measure the efficiency of existing department processes and procedures to enhance and sustain internal capacity.
  • Build processes based on DE&I strategy that meet enterprise-wide business goals.
  • Manage deadlines, progress, and operational activities across the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from stakeholders to gauge satisfaction and success.
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks and multiple projects at once.
  • Effective verbal and written communication across multiple stakeholders and channels
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and map stakeholders.
  • Ability to use a personal computer.  Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience supporting diversity and inclusion or HR teams.
  • Multilingual
  • Global org experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, communications, human resources, related field, or equivalent education/experience
