You will be joining a cross-functional team of like-minded individuals with shared values and we will expect you to play a key supportive role within your project and when working with our technical teams. You will be working closely on greenfield projects, handling complex requirements from our clients and providing BA support to the project. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, owning user stories, supporting project plans being written, project estimates and workflow process design. This role provides a platform to progress further into business strategy. Any knowledge around digital strategy would be advantageous in the long term. You will be a self-starter, proactive in your project work and your career, including identifying your training needs and planning to fill them with the help of your training budget. 

What you’ll bring to Ensono

We are looking for passionate Business Strategy Consultants who have a proactive attitude and can interact effectively within a team. You will also need the following experience: 

• Understanding business cases and transferring these into business and technical requirements
• Planning and conducting workshops/focus groups to understand business needs
• Working with clients on business models and ensuring these relate to overall goals
• Identifying and supporting improvements to business processes
• Creating and conducting usability testing
• Writing and owning user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce a backlog with associated estimates
• Owning sprint ceremonies including, prioritisation and managing backlog in all stages of a project
• Agile/Scrum experience (inc. Kanban)
• Software development tools (Jira/Trello/Azure DevOps)
• Dealing with strategic blockers on projects and knowing when to raise issues
• Contributing to project plans and estimates  
• Strong understanding of the latest technology/market trends and best practices
• Understanding of business strategy and its implications to technical requirements
