Cisco Meraki is searching for a Business Systems Administrator to join our Operations team in San Francisco! You:

At Meraki we’re growing fast, taking orders 24/7 and shipping them all over the world. The tiniest hitch in that process can cost us an incalculable amount in dollars and man-hours.

Our team of business developers automates and integrates a set of business systems: Dynamics GP, Oracle Fusion and Webmethods. You will be operating those systems and providing help to the users, directly contributing to the overall efficiency of the Operations team. You are passionate at helping others as well as troubleshooting and tuning systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the systems users.
Tackle problems, maintain and improve our business systems
Develop custom reports.
Identify recurring issues and improvements.
Assist with implementation and rollout of new features.

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Sufficient proficiency in SQL and XML to maintain a pre-existing database.
Good communication skills

Nice To Have:

Sysadmin and performance tuning skills.
Real passion for improving existing home-brewed tools and programs to make life easier for everyone.
Some experience with ERP administration (experience with one of GP or Oracle Fusion is a plus)

Piontkowski is especially fond of the team’s “monthly gratitude sessions.” These sessions were formed organically and allow everyone the chance to contribute to a values-led culture, increase engagement and promote happiness at work. “Activities like this, where we share genuine thanks and appreciation for one another, help create a safe and warm team dynamic.
