Cisco Meraki is looking for a Change Management Senior Analyst to join our Business Operations team! Meraki is making IT easier, faster, and smarter. As a business unit of Cisco Systems, Meraki is the fastest growing cloud-managed networking team in the world, with products and technology architecture that are changing the face of enterprise networking and making cloud- managed IT a reality. Headquartered in SF, the team has a growing international footprint with offices in Europe, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and China. On top of that, we're on track to be the most successful acquisition in Cisco's history (and certainly the most fun).

While we have some generous benefits, like weekly virtual fitness and yoga classes, daily catered lunch (when we are in the office), and paid time off to volunteer, what truly makes Meraki special are the people. People at Meraki keep the culture strong and make working here exciting, meaningful, and rewarding!

As a Change Management Senior Analyst, you will drive the development and delivery of change programs for cross-functional initiatives to help teams navigate periods of transformation. You will help our employees and customers feel empowered to adopt new ways of working when new technologies, systems, and processes are implemented. You will also be a partner to the project delivery teams within Business Operations and develop relationships across the company to offer services for large scale rollouts. Together with the change team, you will continuously learn and implement different strategies to best suit the culture and need.

Build and execute end-to-end change programs for organizational transitions, including:

  • Stakeholder assessment

  • Successful management of ambiguity and changes in direction and priorities
  • Deep knowledge of change principles and methodologies
  • Solid grasp of how new systems, processes, and tools can affect people and their work
  • Ability to effectively influence peers and managers
  • Ability to work autonomously to deliver outstanding results with minimal direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Watch

An Insider's view of Cisco Meraki

What are some social events your company does?

Meraki Chicago hosts several social events. Some current and past events include weekly yoga and meditation sessions and cocktail classes, cooking classes, drag bingo, talent shows, and more!

Javana

Operations Supervisor

What does your typical day look like?

Badge in the door nearest the espresso machine and make latte art in the form of the Cisco logo. Work can range from teaching customers how RF works to designing multi-site Meraki networks. When I'm not evangelizing customers, teaching Networking-101, or handling escalations, I make easy work of those foolish enough to challenge me at ping pong.

Zakariya

Systems Engineer

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

By simply just being around. In addition to the regularly scheduled one on one meetings I have with everyone, I make sure that my team knows I am always here to help, in any situation.
