Collibra Architect (CA) will be part of the Data Governance team and is responsible for leading and executing Data Governance Initiatives across various business units in Caterpillar. CA should have a broad range of skills and experience ranging from Cloud Data warehouse, data architecture to ETL, security, performance analysis, analytics, API's, etc. CA should work towards creating and implementing a data governance operating model. CA would help customers with data privacy, data cataloging, and Security initiatives. CA would work towards integrating Collibra in various data lake initiatives
Job Duties:

• 7 plus years of experience in Meta Data Management using tool Collibra DGC Business Process Management workflows
• Deep understanding of data security and compliance concerns, policies and patterns in manufacturing Industry
• Build Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) models including assets, relationships, domains and communities
• Configure Collibra Data Governance Center DGC based on Business requirements and specifications
• Build Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) models including assets, relationships, domains and communities
• Configure Collibra Data Governance Center DGC based on Business requirements and specifications
• Define workflow, security and integration requirements
• Implement Collibra operating model, workflow BPMN development, and Integrate disparate enterprise applications or systems with Collibra
• Setup people and processes including relevant roles, responsibilities and controls, data ownership, workflows and common processes
• Define and implement standards and processes to ensure alignment with the architectural strategy and goals of the business
• Experience in architecting data platforms, triangulating data lineage, data operating models, data collection, dataflow management, master data management, data quality, and security
• Certified in Collibra Solution Architect

Basic Qualifications:

• College or university degree required
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skills
