CRM Data & Analytics Technical Manager
Job Description
We are in need of a highly motivated individual to lead and manage our Customer Data Platform product development. This role will focus on the technical aspects of building and supporting real-time customer data services, campaign data and analytics and decision making capabilities across various channels. This is a global role to support US and international markets in helping our customers and partners enable CRM capabilities via the customer data platform
Responsibilities
- Conduct product discovery to identify and prioritize customer data platform development to
ensure alignment with business sponsors and outcomes
- Work with Global Marketing and Development teams to create release plans, deployment
approach, financial models and training plans
- Lead and manage the development team to discover, prioritize, plan, and develop releases
for customer real-time services and analytics platform
- Help innovate and iterate on product development processes and share learnings. Stay up to date on latest product management techniques
- Conduct pricing, and financial analysis
Minimum Requirements
- Years working with data and analytics products in digital marketing or related industries.
- 5+ years of product management experience, especially with business intelligence, web analytics or web-based products in the enterprise space.
- Working knowledge of applications for database management, data administration & business intelligence
- Working knowledge of digital campaign setup, optimization and reporting; audience segmentation, audience development
- Working knowledge of cloud-based data systems and real-time data processing a significant plus.
- Skilled at defining and prioritizing product opportunities, building feedback loops, and creating product metrics.
- Experience with state-of-the-art product process.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
- Ability to interact with customers at a variety of levels and across function
