Customer Operations Analyst
GoHealth is actively seeking a Customer Operations Analyst. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact internally and externally for one or more of our insurance carrier partners. You will work as part of the Customer Operations group collaborating closely with our strategic partnership team, member services team, and internal sales team to help improve customer engagement and retention. Reporting to the Director of Carrier Retention Services, the ideal candidate should be a critical thinker with a desire to create ideas and solutions to improve our member’s experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance carriers for all things related to customer experience/retention
- Ability to understand and manipulate data and be comfortable transforming data from raw formats into executive level reports
- Prepare analysis/reports on carrier and product specific KPI such as customer LTV, customer churn rate, etc. to be shared both internally and externally
- Ability to communicate and interact comfortably with internal Business and technology team members, including executives.
- Coordinate with carrier contacts to identify/create unified customer engagement and retention strategies
- Manage the logistics of data transfer between GoHealth and the carrier partners
- Reduce controllable churn and improve customer loyalty
Skills and Experience:
- 1-3+ years of experience preferably in professional services, strategy, consulting or account management with good blend of analysis and customer facing skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Social Sciences or another field with a quantitative component
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot table, v-lookups, macros, formulas, ect)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively balance competing priorities
- Proven ability to form an analysis and drive recommendations through completion
- Ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and client stakeholders
- Prior experience in the health insurance industry is a plus, but not required
