Customer Success Analyst
Join Rally Health as a Customer Success Analyst and support the Customer Success team by managing daily service delivery for Rally members, clients and partners. You will work with teams across the enterprise to ensure raised member and client concerns are addressed and partner with Rally’s Client Management teams to ensure complex platform issues are well understood and communicated based on audience. You will report to the Supervisor, Customer Success.
You Will:
- Manage daily service delivery for Rally clients, focused on member and client issue resolution through the support ticketing system.
- Partner with Rally teams to quickly address client needs.
- Cultivate understanding of Rally platform to quickly Identify systemic issues and respond.
You Have:
- 1+ year customer service or software QA experience
- Issue Management experience with a focus on requirements interpretation
- Client engagement skills
- Salesforce experience
- BS/BA degree in related field or healthcare SaaS experience
