The Customer Usage and Risk Analyst is a data analyst responsible for gathering and interpreting data in order to reach meaningful conclusions specific to how our customer are using our solutions. This role is also key in helping to identify customer health and churn risk.

As a member of the Adoption Team, you'll partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to drive product usage and provide our customers with a great experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret usage data to identify benchmarks and vulnerability
  • Communicate usage trends and ROI scenarios
  • Primary point of contact internally for customer-facing usage data program and process
  • Understand customer success criteria and develop customer-facing progress reports
  • Utilize business intelligence and analytics tools available (i.e., Salesforce, Tableau and Microsoft Office apps)
  • Work across functions to share data and information – pre and post sales
