Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• The gate keeper for the data and work flows that are generated to explain the entire leads life cycle.
• Be able to articulate to Senior Management and other internal employees the lead trends, needs, and changes.
• Microsoft Excel expert and understands reporting tools
• Experience with data base application
• Experience with Tableau business intelligence, huge plus 
• Data expert with excellent communication skills.  Can you dive into the data and explain it to someone who is not an expert like you? 
• Understand market trends and how to model future trends
• Able to analyze business procedures and make data driven recommendations for improvement
• Conducts full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, design and development of analytical tools.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Work extremely well in a high paced, rapidly growing, high energy business
