Market Track is seeking a Data Analyst who will be instrumental in visualizing business trends and insights across the company and working continuously to validate the integrity of our data. The Data Analyst will report into the Sales Operations Department but work very closely with the organization's two Directors of Strategic Projects on a highly visible key project that will help shape future sales strategies.

To succeed in this role you should have a strategic analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and be motivated to ensure that there is 'truth' to our data.

Responsibilities Include

• Primary data ownership of a complex algorithm that drives scores around our 15,000 Accounts in Salesforce.com
• Working on this data project is on-going and in the first 6 months of the job, it will be 50% of the job responsibility
• Work with Product Managers on pricing analytics and run reports to help drive decisions around pricing and product portfolio
• Day to day validation of all data and opportunities, which includes some data cleaning
• Partner with business leaders to translate analytic needs into reporting requirements
• Produce actionable dashboards and reporting that show key performance indicators, identify areas of opportunity for current operations and display root cause analysis of trends
• Be curious! Find data nuggets, trends and other analytical goodies that help us grow faster and generate more profit

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Science or similar background
• 3-5 Years of Data and Business Analysis required
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, Data Visualization tools (PowerBi, Tableau), Excel
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across cultures and functions
• Computer Science or Predictive Analytics degree preferred
