The Product Analytics team is an integrated data engineering and data science team making the Outcome platform more intelligent. Our mission is to build products that delight users, improve operations, and create meaningful business value. As a Data Engineer, you will build data pipelines that ingest and transform our data in a form that can be used by Data Scientists and Analysts.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience developing production-grade data extraction and transformation pipelines
• 3-5 years of industry experience with SQL Databases (e.g. Hive/Presto, Postgres, Redshift, MySQL)
• 3-5 years of strong programming skills with Python (Java/Scala is a plus)
• Familiarity with workflow management tools (Airflow preferred)
• Strong dedication to code quality, automation and operational excellence: unit/integration tests, scripts, workflows
• Proven track record delivering solutions within an Agile Software Development lifecycle

Actions:

• Deploy and automate large-scale data processing systems to drive Outcome business growth and improve the product experience
• Design data models for optimal storage and retrieval, and optimize the data architecture to meet critical product and business requirements 
• Build scalable data pipelines on top of Presto/Hive and Spark leveraging Airflow scheduler/executor framework
