What's the Role? 

We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our innovative and passionate team.

Job Duties:

• Review, edit and update tracking, recycling, and master inventory spreadsheets.
• Identify and reconcile data discrepancies.
• Build and maintain various inventory reports using MS Excel.
• Prepare boxes for daily shipments for retrieve equipment.
• Unpack received equipment and record accurately into inventory.
• Correspond and interact with employees to identify whereabouts of ghost equipment, assist with the retrieval of it, and/or update inventory spreadsheets to reflect accurate inventory.
• Collect equipment at the Corporate Office and send downtown to IT for check-in.
• Asset tag equipment that is newly purchased and/or not tagged; updating information in inventory same day.
• Assisting with miscellaneous department responsibilities, e.g., help with onsite Café cash register during lunch on assigned days, help with placing branch office supplies orders, etc.  

Qualifications:

• Data Entry experience
• Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, and organize work
• Strong attention-to-detail
• Working knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of building reports, pivot tables, and charts
• Strong typing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Be able to work from a computer for long periods of time during the working day
• Outgoing and self-starter strongly recommended
• Able to communicate with multiple department and levels of management
• Exceptional Customer Services
