What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree, preferred fields of study include: Data Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Statistics or similar related fields
Proven knowledge of TransUnion Credit Data and Acquisition processes
Excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be comfortable presenting ideas and information to all levels within the organization
Experience in leading a small team of analysts with the ability to motivate team members to meet team goals
Experience facilitating discussions with groups of stakeholders that varying goals and accountabilities related to core business datasets
Strategic, conceptual thinker with proven ability to facilitate organizational and behavioral change
Proven experience in data analytics concepts, processes, and applying industry best practices
Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing priorities
Excellent problem-solving skills in resolving complex challenges within a dynamic matrix environment
Must be a self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills, motivated by challenges, and possess a customer-focused, results-oriented attitude
Impact You'll Make
The Data Performance Manager is a key position who will be working closely with both internal and external partners while leading a team to resolve customer requests and issues through consultation, analysis, and execution. Under this person’s leadership, their team is responsible for attending to BAU Assignments, Analysis Projects, and cross-team initiatives to provide support across the TransUnion enterprise. This manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities including delegating projects and managing team workload, work assignments, and quality of performance by providing coaching in effort to accomplish desired end results.
As a Data Performance Manager, your key impacts will include the following but not limited to:
Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure an overall team success
Create and monitor key performance metrics while consistently providing recommendation on improvements
Serve as data performance subject matter expert and consult on best practices for our current Credit Data and Acquisition processes
